As your doula, I will assist you and your partner throughout your pregnancy and during birth. I support you in making your own choices, and encourage you to ask for what you think you need.
Every situation is unique. That is why we look at your wishes and needs together and I tailor my services accordingly.

In addition to my birth doula guidance, do you also need extra care during the special and intense maternity period? Then choose the 'Fijnest' package, consisting of the 'Fijner' package below, consisting of 7 sessions and my attendance at your birth, with 12 hours of postpartum doula care.
As your postpartum doula, I offer physical, emotional and practical support in the period after birth. This happens after the maternity nurse (kraamzorg) has left. My services contribute to promoting your recovery and the care of your baby. Read more about my work as a postpartum doula here.

- A free and non-binding meeting via Zoom,
- 1 intake interview,
- 1 birth plan session,
- 1 session about relaxation, breathing, optimal fetal positioning, birthing positions and practical tips,
- 1 session of birth massage for the partner,
- 1 visit after delivery
- availability via email, Whatsapp and telephone throughout the entire process,
- 24/7 availability from 38 weeks of pregnancy to be at your delivery within max. one hour,
- continuous presence during childbirth, from the active phase until a few hours after birth,
- images of the birth, which I only share with you.
